It was in 1931 that the book entitled "A Successful Pastor" was published in English. Over the years that followed, I had the opportunity to accumulate new experiences, in administrative work as well as in pastoral work, and even among my colleagues. Meetings between servants of God and seminars further allowed me to consider the work of the ministry from different angles; open forums and general discussions raised even more questions by addressing problems that required answers.
With the goal of blessing as many pastors as possible, in a direct and accessible way, I present here the result of my successive experiences. I offer it to my colleagues in the ministry.
