The Christian Literature Centre (CLC) Canada is a non-profit organization, a ministry established in Canada for over 70 years. Our mission is to facilitate access to the Christian faith and contribute to spiritual maturity in Jesus Christ through literature.

The CLC is currently established in 44 countries. It is represented by more than 120 bookstores, 18 distribution warehouses, and 22 publishing houses. Today, with three bookstores on the Island of Montreal, a distribution center, and a publishing house in development, CLC Canada is the largest distributor of Bibles and French-language Christian literature in North America.

Position: Logistics Manager

CLC Canada is currently seeking a Logistics Manager to join its team. As Logistics Manager, you will play a key role in managing daily operations, coordinating teams, and developing our services.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the company's daily activities;
  • Ensure the efficiency of processes;
  • Ensure efficient management of stocks, orders and deliveries;
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and customer satisfaction;
  • Managing human and material resources;
  • Ensure that operational objectives are met in accordance with quality standards;

The requirements

  • To adhere to the mission and values ​​of CLC and to have an interest in Christian literature;
  • Proficiency with computer tools and management software (Excel, cash register systems, etc.);
  • Experience in operations management, retail or business management;
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills;
  • Good knowledge of the book industry and the Christian market (an asset);
  • Skills in inventory management and logistics;
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
  • Excellent communication skills in French (English is an asset).

Job type

  • Full-time: 35 hours/week
  • Part-time: 15 to 25 hours/week including evenings and weekends;

Remuneration

Salary is negotiable based on experience and skills.
