This book, entitled “In the Crucible for Service”, is the work of Professor Zacharias Tanee Fomum. In this book the author describes the preparation required to enter into service to God. Drawing on the men of the Bible as models, notably, Joseph, Moses, David and the Lord Jesus, the author emphasizes the fact that service for God must always be preceded by service to a man. The ministry is not limited only to the overflow of the Holy Spirit but also involves anointing. The person who commits to serving God must have a sense of destiny. With a sense of destiny, such a person becomes very meticulous in everything. This person cannot go where he wants and when he wants. The latter seeks the place of everything in God's call and God's plans for one's life. The author invites anyone who desires to serve God to abandon sin, love of self, love of the world, and love of the things of the world in order to become competent ministers of service to God.
Dear reader, we recommend this book to you in prayer that the Lord will use it to prepare you to enter into His service.
