The Book of Ruth is part of a collection of small books known as "the five scrolls," which highlight in Judaism the prophetic nature of the five feasts during which they are read. Naturally, the prophetic dimension of these books generally escapes Christians and even scholars, because they are not trained in such a reading.
This book aims to fill this gap and awaken its readers to a dimension of the book other than the one they are accustomed to. We then discover that the Book of Ruth is a book of burning relevance that concerns our time and therefore concerns us directly.
