You Are Called is a spiritual enrichment guide that expands on Bevere's message in "X: Multiply Your God Given Potential" and is filled with in-text interactive questions for personal reflection, self-evaluation, and strong personal engagement with what the Bible says about our gifts, our calling, our purpose, and our rewards.
In You Are Called, John Bevere relies on a careful exploration of Scripture and uses powerful stories to help you think differently about your calling and why it’s so important to God. You'll unlock the keys to living with purpose and passion! Inside, you will discover:
- You are called by God as much as anyone else.
- God's grace empowers you for a destiny in life that is beyond your natural abilities.
- You can embrace the unique gifts God has given you and learn to use them effectively.
- Your calling is greater than your natural abilities: the more impossible the challenges seem, the more God's grace is manifested.
- The world needs what you carry: the gifts God has entrusted to you.
Carefully and biblically, this book defines and portrays gifts, calling, and purpose, and shows how all these come together, by God's grace and guidance, to lead us faithfully in our unique calling. Quite surprisingly—and liberatingly for many—John Bevere explores the teaching of Jesus to show that faithfulness to our calling requires that we multiply the gifts we have received. This principle is presented in a clear and motivating way, pushing readers to move beyond being a mere spectator in God's kingdom.
Find your place, live your calling, and leave a mark! You Are Called empowers you to break free from inaction, aimlessness, or wrong priorities—and to step into your true purpose with confidence.
