Discover the famous "Happy Families" card game principle applied to the great figures of the Bible!
Each family covers a different chronological theme, with each card presenting a character or key element of that theme, using a short descriptive text and related biblical references.
The illustrations for the various families each form a frieze to be reassembled.
Here are the themes and cards:
- The Beginning, featuring Adam, Eve, the serpent, Abel, Cain, and Seth;
- The Flood, featuring Noah, his sons, the animals, the ark, the dove, and the rainbow;
- In Canaan, featuring Abraham, Sarah, Lot, Isaac, Esau, and Jacob;
- In Egypt, featuring Joseph, Reuben, Judah, Potiphar, Pharaoh, and Pharaoh's dream;
- The Exodus, featuring Moses, Jethro, Zipporah, Aaron, Miriam, and the Decalogue;
- The Ministry of Jesus, featuring the Centurion, the Canaanite woman, Bartimaeus, Jairus, Zacchaeus, and the paralyzed man;
- The Beginnings of the Church, featuring Peter, Barnabas, Stephen, Philip, Paul, and finally, above all, Jesus.
A playful introduction to the history of Redemption, from Adam to Jesus, through the entry of sin into the world, the giving of the divine Law, and Salvation in Christ.
