The Complete Jewish Bible

Author: David H, Stern

Cover: Soft - Paper

Why is this Bible different from others? Because it is the only French version of the Bible whose presentation and style are completely Jewish. It includes both the Tanakh (“Old Testament”) and the Brit Hadachah (New Covenant, “New Testament”). By its very title, The Complete Jewish Bible invites both Jews and Christians to recognize that the entire Bible is Jewish, both the Brit Hadachah and the Tanakh. For Jews, this implies that the Tanakh alone is an incomplete Bible.

As for Christians, they must realize that they are united with the Jewish people by faith in the Jewish Messiah, Yeshua (Jesus); Christianity cannot be well understood without a Jewish perspective, which definitively and forever excludes anti-Semitism.

In summary, the Complete Jewish Bible restores the Jewish unity of the Bible. Additionally, for the first time, the information required for synagogue readings includes the Brit Hadachah, in addition to the Torah and the Prophets.
