François Bassin is a graduate of the Institut Biblique of Nogent-sur-Marne and a doctor of theology from the Free Faculty of Evangelical Theology of Vaux-sur-Seine.
After serving the Voice of the Gospel in Marseille, he exercised pastoral ministry in Saint-Jean-du-Gard within the framework of the Union of Evangelical Churches of France.
He is the author of three other volumes of the Evangelical Commentary on the Bible (The Gospel of Mark, The Epistles of Paul to the Thessalonians and the first volume of The Gospel According to Luke).
