You, Your Team and Your Ministry is a compilation of the teachings of Professor Zacharias Tanee Fomum to the Saints of Yaoundé, Cameroon during a leadership training course. In this book the author tells us who is qualified to serve God and the importance of a team in a man's ministry. All those with divided hearts can do nothing for God. Total dedication and total dependence on God are essential for success. A man will fail completely if he does not have the right people for the task he has been given. The first mark of a team member is that he does not oppose the team leader in any way. Disagreeing and opposing are two different things. Opposition is about conflict while disagreement is just a matter of opinions. Any leader who does not strive to create around him men and workers close to his rank has failed. He who has never invested his all to please a human being will never put his all into pleasing God. The author invites you to cooperate with God so that you may be able to raise up other men and workers around you who will help you in your ministry. We recommend this book to you, dear reader, while praying that the Lord will use it to enable you to form the kind of team you need to help you accomplish God's purposes.
