(Un)happy tension? Love and truth
"God loves everyone, so He cannot be against that."

These are two somewhat caricatured statements that we sometimes
hear, with various nuances, in our churches (and in society).
How does God articulate love and truth?
Is there a way to keep them complementary?
By coming to perfectly live out love and truth within a fallen world, Jesus Christ showed us that it is always possible to:
look at the world and our lives with truth and love;
bear witness, in deeds and words, to the truth without ever compromising or restricting His love for the world;
love without weakening the truth;
