“The training of church leaders has been one of my main areas of contribution to the growth of the Church in Yaoundé.
Burdened with the need to have competent pastors for the growing number of House Churches in the city of Yaoundé, I gave these lessons on how to lead a House Church to almost 800 leaders in training. The course took place over two weekends. The lessons from the first and second weekends are presented here, as much as possible as they were given on those weekends. They are written just as they were preached, with very limited annotation by the author.
We publish these lessons with this heartfelt cry: that they help produce the kind of leaders needed for the Lord's flock on the eve of His imminent return.
