The author shows God's place in biblical theology, his purpose for our generation, and the importance of spending quality time with God. The author demonstrates that biblical theology is a theology where God is at the center; but that modern and popular Christianity is a Christianity where man is at the center and God has been moved to the periphery. It is in God's designs that man-centered Christianity gives way to God-centered Christianity. No one can make spiritual progress without investing quality time in it. The author goes further in his explanation by saying that intimacy with God is not a coincidence. It is the fruit of a path chosen and pursued consistently and persistently.
