If there is anything we desire and seek, consciously or unconsciously, it is love.

We spontaneously associate love with happiness. And yet, from experience, many also associate it with disappointment and suffering. This means that love warms, but can also burn! But what kind of love is it? What is its content and scope, its motives and its stakes? We are inhabited by a desire, by a fundamental lack, called love, something almost nostalgic. At the same time, we feel that this desire seeks to overflow this lack, and aspires to a friendship, to a benevolence in which we rejoice in doing good to those we love and who love us in return. But, even with those close to us, this is not always self-evident. Should we still love those who do not love us and who seek to harm us? Love in vain? We would like to believe it; and sometimes, we believe it, even reluctantly... Love and faith are therefore linked! But, is it enough to believe in order to love?

What if love was more than an idea, more than a desire, more than the joy of sharing, more than self-denial, more than belief?

Let us dare to personify love. In this case, we would not be alone “in search of love”, but it would be Love itself that would seek us, that would pursue us with tireless passion and dedication! Intriguing, isn’t it? Imagine that you yourself were the object or target of a mysterious Love, like a red rose, resembling a powerful whirlwind that sucks you into its innermost being, to spread itself in an invigorating perfume!...
