When we least expected it...
Love, passion, unwanted pregnancy and indignation; these are the words which describe the first years of their history which ends in a divine miracle. Very young and passionate about serving God in their local church, this couple was struck by a mutual love.
However, the influence of this world interfered with the biblical principles on which Joey and Nifah were trying to build their marriage. Their emotional imbalances, acting like time bombs, contributed to weakening their relationship. Many other challenges were added to this and ended up plunging this couple into a scandal within their Christian community.
The hardest part was yet to come; emerging from this abyss filled with shame and revolt had become their new battle. Guilt overwhelmed them as they had to deal with the disappointment of their loved ones on a daily basis. In the midst of all this chaotic division, another painful ordeal struck them despite their young age. Their love then ran the risk of becoming nothing more than a memory.
When they least expected it, God poured out his grace and divine mercy on these two young people completely destroyed by despair. Despite what the circumstances demonstrated, God's gaze was still on this young couple. So many tears were shed over many emotional winters before crossing the finish line.
This work will encourage the reader to stand firm in the face of adversity and remind them that nothing can separate them from the love of Christ.
